The Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana, Inc. and The Genealogy Center of the Allen County Public Library join in proudly presenting this special day for genealogists. This special event is sponsored by the Doug and Joni Lehman Charitable Foundation. All events will be at the Allen County Public Library in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. 

CeCe Moore is the genetic genealogy consultant for the PBS television series Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates, Jr. CeCe Moore has also been featured on 20/20, Genealogy Roadshow, The Dr. Oz Show, Nightline, Good Morning America, Crime Watch Daily, Nancy Grace, CBS This Morning, and The Doctors. CeCe Moore has been quoted in many online and print publications. Her primary focus is promoting genetic genealogy education and sharing positive stories about the power of genetic genealogy through the media.

 There will be four lectures: “I Have My Results, Now What?,” “Autosomal DNA: Discovering Your Ancestors in You,” “Discovering the Genealogical Roots of Adoptees with DNA,” and “Jefferson/Hemings: Revealing the Truth Through DNA.” Registration will begin at 8:45 with programming beginning at 9:15. 

A special discounted rate is offered for members of the Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana, Inc. (ACGSI). If you are not a member, consider becoming an ACGSI member and receive the discounts. Memberships will be valid through June 30, 2018. LEUs available for each presentation. Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations received after September 10, 2017, no refund. Cancellations received before September 10, 2017 will be refunded minus a ten percent administrative fee. Memberships are non-refundable.
